I started my working life in accountancy, qualifying as a chartered accountant at 23. I continued in accountancy for a further 6 years, working and experiencing many different businesses.

I then moved into industry, continuing in finance as a Group Financial Controller looking after 10 UK companies across the country.

I moved on to general management and was promoted to MD to a multi factory pan European business that had
stagnated. A new team had to be built and the business increased across Europe. This success was then followed and increased by a move into Central Europe, another new team and a new factory in Poland.

After after a very successful 20 year career in International business I moved into consultancy and was recruited
by James Caan some years later.

Today i'm a business coach and mentor to CEOs, MDs and business owners helping with growth strategies, value growth and exit preparation.
